Front&Center is fully functional, it has no disabled features, no expiration date, and no annoying messages telling you to pay your Shareware fee (except this one…).

Front&Center is a control panel, drop it on your System Folder then Restart. Open Front&Center and customize the settings.
What is Front&Center & what does it do?
Front&Center is a control panel/extension that helps you find the pointer (often called the cursor) on your Mac's screen. Here are some common pointers:
 
When you can't find the pointer, either press the hot key or click the mouse button while pressing the modifier keys. Front&Center will then flash the pointer and/or move it to a preset location on the screen (e.g. under the Apple menu). Seeing the pointer flash and knowing where it is on the screen lets you easily find it.
Front&Center is really useful on PowerBooks that don't have an “active matrix” display. These PowerBooks have relatively poor contrast, often making it difficult to spot the I-beam text pointer. In addition, the slow update rate of the screen causes the pointer to slur & blur when moved, making it hard to find and follow.
I use Front&Center on my PowerMac at work, which has two monitors. Sometimes I lose the pointer on the bigger monitor and can't move it back to the smaller monitor. Front&Center moves it for me and shows me where it is.
Front&Center is also useful for anybody who has trouble recognizing small shapes on the screen.

If you don't have QuickTime: In the left picture, you're editing a document and you want to select some text. You move the mouse but you can't see the pointer. You press the hot key or you click the mouse button while pressing the modifier keys.
 
In the center picture, the pointer was moved to the Apple menu. In the right picture, the pointer stayed at its current location.
About this Manual
This manual is too verbose - I wrote it for novice users. Why? Most Mac users don't read manuals unless we have a tough problem. This manual is for tough problems and folks who need more hand-holding and basic information.
This manual is in 12 point Geneva because I'm tired of squinting to read fine print.
